REGISTRATION AND CREDITS

Question: Is there a limit to how many credits I can get in a specific amount of time? If I subscribe now, can I earn 20 credits as quickly as I want?

Answer: You can earn as many credits as we currently have. We add courses on a rolling month to month basis offering over 30 credits every year.

Question: How many CEs have I completed? Where do I find this on the web site?

Answer: Currently the only way to view how many credits you have completed is to check each of the classes you have completed. You can also check on the AANA website 3-7 days after the beginning of the next month.

Question: I see the CE credit balance shows "Available credits: 11." What exactly does that mean?

Answer: This is how much of your subscription is remaining to enroll in classes. You can enroll in and earn CE credits in 11 credits worth of classes.

Question: I'm wondering if you can purchase and take one or two CE classes instead of twenty? What is the cost per class?

Answer: No, currently the only package we have is 20 credits for $300. We are looking into adding more packages.

Answer: Not currently, but we will be publishing the CRNA Today eJournal in the first week of June.

Question: How many courses and hours of lectures are there for 20 CEs?

Question: How many exams do you take for 20 CEs?

Answer: You take one test per CE for a total of 20 tests.

Question: How many questions are there on each exam? What is the lowest score required to pass?

Answer: There are 10 questions on each exam. You need to get 8 of the 10 questions correct, or 80%.

Question: I need 23 CE credits to recertify this year. Are those CEs available now to purchase? Also, is each test worth a CE or is it 3 tests per 1 CE?

Answer: We have about 10 to 20 credits available at any time. Courses are added on a rolling month to month basis with over 30 credits available throughout the year. Each passed test will earn you one CE credit. The amount of tests varies from course to course.
